Shipping & Delivery
1. Processing time
Each CARIX product is made to order in the United Kingdom. We aim to print, finish and dispatch your order within the following processing windows, measured in working days from order acceptance:
- Icon Builds (cards, stickers): 1–2 working days
- Icon Builds (keychains, plaques): 2–3 working days
- Custom Products: 3–5 working days
If we expect a longer wait — for example during peak periods or where a Custom Product needs additional finishing — we'll email you with a revised estimate within one working day of order acceptance.
2. UK shipping rates
UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Rates are calculated at checkout:
- Orders up to £29.99 — £3.99
- Orders £30 and over — free
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (priority upgrade) — £5.99 flat at checkout
3. International shipping
We ship worldwide. International rates are quoted at checkout based on destination and weight. Typical bands:
- Europe: from £8.99 — typically 5–10 working days
- United States & Canada: from £12.99 — typically 7–14 working days
- Rest of world: from £14.99 — typically 10–21 working days
4. Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. Tracked services let you follow the parcel through to delivery.
5. Delivery estimates
The total time from order to delivery is processing time + transit time. Transit times are estimates given by Royal Mail and our courier partners and are not guarantees. We'll always do our best to meet them, but factors outside our reasonable control — severe weather, postal industrial action, customs delays — can occasionally extend them.
6. Packaging
Cards and stickers ship in rigid card-back envelopes to keep them flat. Keychains ship in padded mailers. Plaques ship in fully-rigid boxes with internal foam protection. We use recyclable materials wherever possible.
7. Delays & lost parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (UK) or 30 days (international), please contact us with your order number and tracking reference. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where the parcel is confirmed lost in transit.
8. Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We can update an address only while the order is still in processing — once it has been dispatched the address is fixed. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address you supplied, we can re-send it for the original shipping cost.
9. Customs & import taxes
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are payable by you, the recipient, and are not included in the price you pay to us. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.
